How do retainers work?
You purchase a block of hours each month (starting at 20 hours for $1,600). We track time transparently and provide weekly reports. Unused hours don’t roll over, but you can adjust your plan month-to-month after the first 3 months.
What’s included in the retainer?
All retainers include dedicated development hours, direct communication channels, source code ownership, GitHub access, infrastructure access, monthly progress reports, and architecture documentation. You also get a 30-day cancellation notice period.
Can I change tiers?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your retainer tier at any time with 30 days notice. We’ll prorate the billing for the current month and adjust for the following period.
What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month. However, we’re flexible with scheduling—if you need more hours one month and fewer the next, we can discuss adjusting your tier or bundling work across projects.
How do I cancel?
We require 30 days notice to cancel. During that period, we’ll complete any in-progress work, provide documentation, and ensure a smooth handoff of your codebase and infrastructure.
What’s not included?
Retainers don’t include design work, 24/7 emergency support, or third-party service costs (hosting providers, domains, external APIs). These can be added as needed at their respective rates.
Do you offer one-off projects?
